Our goal is to create and maintain a safe and open space that encourages comfortable learning and teaching.
By registering at Cogniterra, you become a part of a big community of instructors and learners. Please read the rules you should follow below.
Politeness and mutual respect
Please be polite and respectful to each other. This platform is a hate-free space, so it is not allowed to start conflicts and participate in them, as well as harass, bully or troll people, use slurs and explicit language (which includes redacted words where a whole word or a part of it are changed to other symbols).
Don’t post comments that can make it difficult for others to learn: for example, long comments or large images. Don’t flood in the step comments. For communication outside discussion of assignments, please visit our social media (VK, Facebook, Instagram) or Discord.
Spam, spoilers and scamming
Please don’t post spoilers and solutions of assignments, or spam and ads for goods or services in comments.
18+ content
It’s forbidden at Cogniterra to post or upload adult content, as well as links to it. This rule also applies to user profiles.
In case any of these rules are violated, Cogniterra reserves the right to disable your account as well as delete inappropriate comments.
The rules above are not final and might be amended and extended in the future. We recommend you use common sense and follow advice and warnings from the platform moderators and content authors.
The course team can add students to the Blacklist for violating the rules of the Cogniterra community, restricting the ability to comment. The Cogniterra team does not have detailed information about the reason for adding students to the Blacklist and does not influence the decision to remove restrictions.
Before you begin using Cogniterra, don’t forget to read the Terms of Service here: https://about.cogniterra.org/terms.
In case of violation of the rules or any other inappropriate behavior, please contact us at support@cogniterra.org.
